Okay here comes the solution :D

Obviously the riddle is in Latin. By asking your beloved priest or goggling you can find out, that the riddle consists of two parts:

faciamque in eis ultiones magnas, arguens in furore: et scient quia ego Dominus, cum dedero vindictam meam super eos.
You'll find that in the Holy Bible: It's Ezekiel 25:17. If you translate it into English and you're a Pulp Fiction fan, I'm pretty sure you knew that this was leading towards this amazing and famous movie by Quentin Tarantino. If not, goggling for Ezekiel 25:17 will point to Pulp Fiction, too.

Requiescant in pace.
Do you see the bold written n? I think you all know what RIP means - Rest in peace... okay, let's go back to school.
Requiescat in pace (without the extra n) translates to: [let him/her] rest in peace
but!
Requiescant in pace (with the extra n) translates to: [let them] rest in peace

The conclusion is: Find the occurrences of this phrase from the bible in Pulp Fiction and tell about the more or less dead men who have heard the phrase out of Jules mouth.

What I wanted to hear is:
* As explained by Jules in the final scene in the diner, he recites a passage from the Bible — Ezekiel 25:17 — each time he kills someone.
* The alleged Bible quotation Ezechiel 25:17 is twice used by Jules in Pulp Fiction. Once, before he shoots Brad and once, while he holds Pumpkin a lecture on its change of mind. Although most people were waiting for a final shutdown - Jules did not shoot Pumpkin.

If you've never watched Pulp Fiction - you really should do it . Be prepared to watch it a few times to understand it completely - as the movie is not chronological. You can read more about Pulp Fiction at this wikipedia page - but as the whole plot is mentioned there - better watch the movie first.

Hope you had fun

So... what's the answer again? That the phrase was used in Pulp Fiction?
